职位描述：
1. Arrange Shift plan for a smooth operation in the Warehouse;
2. Create and improve working instructions for each position and process in the warehouse;
3. Arrange regular inventory counting and annual stock taking, make deep analysis and reporting, create actions for improvement.
4. Support and drive projects in warehouse.
5.Coaching and motivate warehouse keepers, report of warehouse keepers operation performance;
6. Monitor and report stock and storage turnover;
7.To check and auditing the rate of progress and performance of every working station in warehouse;
8.To check the stock frequently, pay attention to fire, theft, moisture and cut off the power after leaving;
9. Maintain maintenance plan for the Warehouse Equipment;
10.Responsible for maintain warehouse master data of materials;
11.To work align EHS rules;
12. Drive 5s-activities in whole warehouse area;
13. Follow Management tasks.

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree of University in business or logistic subjects;
2. Min.3 years of supervisor experiences in warehousing;
3. Experienced in inventory control and inventory management systems.
4. s working behavior;
5. Strong leadership and capability to motivate and develop staff, as well as conflict solving;
6. Experienced in Lean Operations;
7. Ability to identify improvements and develop solutions and drive the results;
8. Problem-solving and analytical ability;
9. Good written and verbal communication skill in English and Chinese;
10.High attention to detail, to follow up and to resolute conflicts;
11.Advanced Excel Spreadsheet Capability;
