Responsibility岗位职责:
1. Reception and provide logistic service, handle express delivery and business calls;
接听/转接日常前台电话,收发快递
2. Provide administrative support, order groceries, and ensure office hygiene and tidiness
订购办公室文具
3. Scan application forms, policys and claims etc. according to SC team requests
协助Client Service部门扫描文件
4. Booking flight ticket/train ticket/hotel/car pickup service for the person who will have a business trip.
预订员工出差的机票和酒行程
5. Assist to support the office related requirements
协助完成办公室相关其他事务
1) organize staff activities 员工定期团队活动的组织
2) support and assist in work of employee onboarding and departure 员工的入/离职事务
3) prepare computer and work station for new staff 新入职员工文具的配置
6. Assist General Manager to do related request.
协助完成总经理布置的其他相关事务
7. Other extra work assignments from the department when needed.
协助完成部门其他相关事务
Requirements 职位要求:
1. New graduates, college degree, Admin or HR related background is preferred.
大专及以上,应届毕业生也可,有相关行政人事实习/工作经验更加
2. Good English (speaking and writing) and computer skills
具备熟练的英语、电脑技能
3. Interest in Admin management, good communication skills, quick learner
对行政工作有兴趣,具备良好的沟通能力
4. Good team work spirit, conscientious and detail oriented
具有团队合作精神,认真负责
