岗位职责:
1. 深入了解橡胶农场的运营情况，辅助监管公司运营情况
2. 每周向丹麦方股东汇报公司汇报情况，不限于邮件、电话等方式
3. 根据公司运营需要，审批公司各类费用、工资支出
4. 严格按照公司制度保管、使用公章，并做记录
5. 严格按照公司制度保管、查阅各种重要文件
6. 如有必要，到达公司农场监管农场管理情况
7. 领导安排的其他工作事项

任职要求:
1. 品行正直，积极主动并愿意承担工作职责
2. 5-8年工作经验，有一定的公司运营管理经验
3. 专科学历，农林专业优先
