Job Description 工作职责：

1.对Hennecke自动分选机的测试结果进行评估，并提供令客户信服的结论。

2.与客户品管部门确定验收标准和实施方法。

3.帮助客户建立符合客户实际的操作规程和分选规则

4.设备Alignment，保证测试结果的同一性。

Qualification 任职资格要求：

1.大学本科已上学历。工作经历5年以上。工程师以上职称。管理使用过自动分选机（使用过Hennecke优先），熟悉单晶/多晶硅从拉制/浇铸-->截断/破方-->滚磨/磨面-->切片-->清洗-->检测 各环节的工艺要求，谙熟晶片表面缺陷的评判标准。

2.有在太阳能/或半导体行业从业多年的经验，有品质管理方面的经验。

3.熟悉电脑，有一定光学检测和自动化控制方面的基础
