Main Responsibilities：
1.负责太阳能测试设备的售前、售后服务工作
2.独立与客户各个部门沟通协调设备的技术指标确认和验收
3.与公司内部以及瑞士总部等各部门沟通，协调设备的保内保外维修、技术缺陷解决、新技术的引进等
4.独立对客户工程人员、工艺人员进行系统的培训
5.客户信息和竞争对手信息的收集

Skills / Knowledge and Ability：
1.诚实稳重、善于与人沟通，思路清晰敏捷，有原则；
2.大学本科学历，理工科背景，物理学、电气自动化、计算机专业优；
3.至少3年以上外资企业服务工程师经验。熟悉外企工作流程；
4.能够独立面对客户，处理各种抱怨、承受高强度工作压力。并且维护公司利益；
5.英语听、说、读、写流利，与外籍工程师沟通无障碍；熟悉计算机软硬件维护；
6.有工业化设备维修经验；熟悉SQL数据库管理、PLC者优先考虑；
7.愿意频繁出差。

有3年以上外资企业服务工程师工作经验，有太阳能光伏或半导体行业经验者优先。
