1)Job Description:
1.The Servce Admin provides administrative support to the Service Department and acts as a liaison between them
保内case处理，接受工程师的备件申请。
保外case处理，接受客户询价，我们核价后报价给客户，催付预付款（如有需要），通知LEAD派工程师前往服务等
2.Office administration work
办公室行政类工作
3.Coordinate with site sevice engineer to collect information regarding parts demanded and define the exact part
与工程师合作收集相关信息，统计表格等。
4.Maintain the SAP system
维护SAP系统
5.Communcate with engineers and foreign colleagues
与工程师及国外同事沟通交流
2)Qualification:
1.Service orientated, is able to work under pressure, team work
能快速适应新的工作环境，能承受一定的压力，很好的团队合作能力
2.Fluent in English, good communication skill
英语流利，沟通顺畅
3.Good skills at office software
熟练操作办公软件
4.Good health,loyalty,good understanding and dedication

5.Be patient and skillful to handle customer's phone/inquiry properly

6.Having knowledge of ERP(SAP) is preferable
