职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
● Supervise Plant's Quality Control Department ;
● Preform frequent Audits and Assessments ;
● Develop Continuous improvement program and drive / follow up on execution ;
● Employ and Sustain quality standards ;
● Communicate with internal and external Clients on Product support matters ;
● Train Suppliers on quality measures and company policies ;
● Investigate System Failures and customer complaints ;
● Qualify new products or manufacturing processes ;
● Pursue self-development and training in current quality principles;
● Others assigned by superior.

Qualifications:
● At least 5 years related working experience in renowned WOFE related to Quality Assurance/Technical area;
● Perfect English, Ability to work and interact with person both internally and internationally;
● Able to work independently, PC skills essential ;
● University education, bachelor degree or above, Majored in quality, mechanical engineering, materials or related;(Engineering)
● Strong sense of responsibility. High level of integrity!
● Be willing to travel ,over 40% of working time;
● Person with quality experiences related to polymer injection process or assembly industry are preferred but not necessary, candidate knowing quality system and can do independent audit will be appreciated; 举报 分享
