Job Title: Production Engineer 生产工程师

Work Location: Wuxi 无锡

Report to: Engineering Supervisor 工程主管





Job Responsibilities:

1.In charge of 5S implementation and continuous improvement.

负责5S标准的执行和可持续性改进.

2.Optimize the machine layout in workshop to eliminate the No-added value.

合理优化车间机械布局.

3.Responsible for lean manufacturing project according to Sandvik standard.

根据公司标准制定和推动精益生产项目.

4.Find factor to improvement the production efficiency continuously to reach “Production efficiency objectives”

持续性改善生产效率,实现效率指标.

5.Carry out objectives of process productivity with Production Manager and Engineering Supervisor;

协助生产经理和主管完成生产指标.

6.Collect the daily production data and work out the analysis report according to the current norm;

按照规范收集生产数据,制作分析报告.

7.Participate in the production process/Routine transfer or creation.

参与生产工艺或流程的转移或创建.

8.Production line site technique support.

生产线技术支持.

9.Ensures safety: Develop the safety spirit through training, communication and adherence to HS&E policies.

保障生产安全：通过培训、沟通和执行EHS政策，培育和发展企业的安全生产意识。

10.Work together with employees in Sandvik around the world to develop Wuxi “Nautilus” system.

参与公司体系的建设.

11.Other tasks assigned by dept. Mgr.

其它部门经理指定工作



Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree ,major in mechanical engineering or related.

大学本科，机械工程或相关专业;

2. At least 3 years’ similar experience in manufacturing industry, with solid foundation of workshop 5S management

3年以上制造业相似岗位工作经验，具备优秀的工厂5S管理基础.

3. Good understanding of lean manufacturing, JIT production and engineering drawing.

良好的精益生产理念，熟悉准时化生产和工程制图.

4. Knowledge of ISO9001,ISO4001 , OHSAS18001 and CNC program will be a plus.

熟悉ISO9001,IS04001,OHSAS18001,及CNC编程者优先.

5. Good command of English.

英语能力良好

6. Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills

出色的沟通、协调和人际交往能力.

7.Good cooperation and team working.

良好的协作意识和团队精神.

8. Positive, self-motivated , responsible, willing to take challenge and pressure.
