Responsibilities:
1, Help Purchasing Manager to supports the regional supply function, ensuring continuity of supply through analysis of key metrics

2, Develop and manage new vendor on-boarding process including terms, compliance, set up forms, lead times, and tracking of all related information

4, Prepares supplier development program to improve overall supplier performance

8, Coordinates and collaborate with regional teams while ensuring tactical and strategic alignment.

Qualifications:
1, Bachelor's degree, Mechanical and Material major will be be prefered
1, 本科学历，机械，材料专业优先
2, 3 years’ experience or above in procurement/vendor relations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with solid sourcing experience is a must.
2，三年以上工作经验，有型材加工经验者优先
3, Proficient in drafting and analyzing contracts and statements of work.
3, 精通起草和分析合同和说明工作。
4, Proven solving ability with strong math and statistical knowledge
4，具有较强的理科的能力
5, Skill in AutoCad, SolidWorks or other 3D
5，技能在AutoCAD，SolidWorks或其他3D
6, Proficient PC skills - including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

7, Excellent verbal and written communications skills required inEnglish.
