职位描述：
SUMMARY
Plans and prepares production schedules for manufacture of industrial or commercial products by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Communicates with vendor in order to track the status of each purchase orders, and maintains and ensures the correct due date of PO in system. Expedites the delivery of required material in order to meet the work order start date and delivery due date.

Maintains the ERP system to ensure that the initial setup such as Work Center and BOM etc is always correct according to the plan for projected production.

Reviews the new item master to ensure setup and data of created item for such as ROP; Supplier; planning code & lead time etc is correct.

Converts the plan from the Sales to daily production plan according to order delivery; warehouse assembly capacities.

Plans and schedules workflow of valve for each operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.

Tracks the direct material cost of valve product and supports Global BI to define I/C valve price

Analyses inventory report to ensure the ROP and ROQ is set up correctly according to the global sourcing strategy.

Keeps good communication with other departments such as purchasing team, project engineers, I/E department for daily work

Prepares daily production reports.

Chair weekly production planning meeting with Production, Purchasing department. Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.

Be responsible for quoting lead time of valve product enquired by I/C company.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Collage degree; five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Competent in reading, writing and spoken English.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

COMPUTER SKILLS
Demonstrates a proficiency to operate a variety of software programs including, but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation graphics, Email, personal information management and specialized programs relating to job function.

Be familiar with ERP system

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. 举报 分享
