工作职责:
- Lead and guide E Commerce team to achieve sales target in E Commerce platforms;
- Responsible for E Commerce platforms management;
- Establish and keep good relationship with 3rd party E Commerce platforms for win-win solution;
- Work out business growth plans based on solid data support and market analysis;
- Develop and implement 3rd party E Commerce platforms network, partnership with 3rd party E Commerce platforms;
- Keep good control in delivery, inventory management, service, AR management, pricing, forecast, etc.;
- Develop and manage appropriate promotion plans to ensure to delivery sales performance;
- Develop and manage appropriate new product launch plans to delivery sales performance;
- Develop yearly and monthly sales-out forecast in E Commerce platforms;
- Develop the sales reporting system and conduct data analysis according to management's requirements;
- Interface with the business people to understand process flows, conduct as-is and to-be process mapping.
- Discover the problem in sales process so as to make up the gap and improve the sales process to be more smoothly;
- Process Facilitation:
- Possess and utilize, including, forecast quantities, target inventory levels, replenishment plan;
- Ensure that all team members are following the process;
- Monitor resolution of issues and the completion of action items resulting;
- Handles major issues either from Coordinate issues during selling process or share resource in the whole sales team;
- Work as a key member of price controlling team
任职资格:
- Bachelor degree or above;
- 5+ experience in E Commerce sales operations area for a multinational consumer;
- Fluency (written and oral) in English is required;
- Strong proficiency in MS Office is required, as individual will work with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint regularly;
- Familiarity knowledge of E Commerce system;
- Good planning, analysis and problem solving skills;
- Good negotiation and communication skills with both internal and external groups;
- Ability to create presentations that logically walk senior management through insights and drive to suggested actions;
- Solid business acumen (revenue, market share) and an ability to team with diverse group of people to deliver value to the company;
- Result driven with business sense;
- Systematic and data orientated;
- Strong statistic and analysis skill;
- Good at uncovering the problems and improving the progress;
