Key Responsibilities
? Manage and coordinate corporate asset protection, security, loss prevention and crisis management related activities in Greater China and assisting Director BRAP for such globally, as required.
? Manage comprehensive protection programs include but not limited to physical & operations security, incident investigation, travel advisory, security audit, awareness training, crisis response and supporting industrial safety programmes in collaboration with relevant subject matter experts.
? Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for guarding, and the deployment and maintenance of electronic systems such as fire, CCTV, intruder alarm, key and access control.
? Assist in the development, implementation and management of a comprehensive computer system for the efficient, timely reporting and administration of BRAP matters across APP businesses. The system will cover security incident management, security incident investigation, risk assessments, logistic security, and documentation, administration and governance of standards and SOPs, etc.
? Monitor and analyze incident trends, regular record lessons learned. Develop awareness materials and security advisories.
? Establish and enable a structure that fosters close working relationships with local security champions (site security teams) to ensure full visibility and efficient communication of the asset protection programmes and security.
? Provide awareness training to staff, contractors and visitors to establish a safe environment to prevent or mitigate security, safety and workplace violence incidents.
? Provide guidance on supply chain security for transportation, warehouse and logistics in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
? Manage and provide performance oversight for related security service providers, consultants and contractors, which should include contract requirements, performance capabilities, service level agreements and metrics reporting.
? Maintain travel alerts for responding to the changing security and geopolitical environment for business travelers and provide support in case of emergency.
? Maintain ethical working relationships with domestic and international law enforcement and government agencies, as well as private sector peers.

Qualifications and Capabilities:
? Bachelor degree in Security Management or related field.
? 10+ years of relevant experience. 8+ years in corporate security management positions and 4+ years leading corporate security and security vendors distributed across multiple geographies and cultures.
? Strong influencing and communication skills at all levels, including confidence to engage with the top management.
? Extensive experience in security operations including loss prevention, guarding, logistic, supply chain (TAPA or C-TPAT), warehouse, electronic security systems, personal protection and travel security management.
? Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to effectively lead and participate in cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
? Proactive, independent self-starter with the ability to plan, multi-task, prioritize and problem solve.
? Ability to set succinct expectations, performance measures, and goals, and ensures team and other relevant partners (security service providers) do the same.
? Preferred professional qualifications: Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), DRII or similar
? Chinese as a first language and preferably multi-lingual with proficiency in English. 举报 分享
