KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
职责范围

Reporting directly to the retail manager
汇报上级： 零售经理

● Assist in recruiting and leading a team of Beauty Advisors and, creating a haromnyized working atomsphere
协助招聘并且带领店铺团队，创造积极和谐的工作环境
● Define goals and priorities to the Team
为团队设立目标和指标
● Develop and maintain customer relationships by delivering the highest level of customer services
达成客户关系管理，确保客户满意度，维护符合品牌要求的高质量服务
● Sell products and treatment services, reach sales target set by the company
努力达成公司对专柜/店铺每月的销售产品指标和美容服务销售指标
● Take responsibility for managing difficult situations and find solutions to satisfy customers
能够妥善及时处理店铺的顾客过敏和其他投诉问题
● Ensure an impeccable store appearance and implement merchandising as defined by Company's guidelines
确保每日店铺清洁，陈列有序，文件有序
● Handle the treatment bookings and coordinate the schedule to maximize usage and efficiency
负责美容服务预约，提高美容房的利用率
● Oversee and monitor the staff operational arrangements, arranging shift schedule and annual leave for BA, assessment for BA
负责店铺每日运营，员工排班、年假、绩效考核等
● Train the Team to make sure they have excellent product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service and IT
培训员工销售技巧和管理能力，确保产品其具有足够的知识，客户服务意识和电脑技能
● Manage the inventory and replenishment
管理库存和安排补货
● Sales Data consolidation, sales trend feedback, collect sales information from competitors brands
销售数据汇总，收集同店内的竞争品牌销售讯息和市场反馈情况

REQUIREMENTS
职位要求

● Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in Beauty
3年以上化妆品零售管理经验
● Good leadership with excellent customer servicing skills
卓越的领导能力和客户服务技巧
● Strong motivation to develop the overall growth of the Company
拥有强烈的为公司提升业务增长的意愿
● Mandarin. English/French is definitely an advantage but not essential
普通话熟练，懂英语、法语者甚佳
● Self-motivated, disciplined, friendly, respectful, team player, quick learner, open-minded
独立、主动、遵守公司制度，拥有团队精神，乐于学习
● Good presentation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
出众的沟通交流技巧
● Good command of I-pad and POS tools, office pack
熟练掌握office软件以及店铺内零售系统
