职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITY:
? Lead Agile team to provide technical expertise to design, analyze, evaluate, develop and maintain assigned projects;
? Ensure software development process and standard is followed;
? Prepare/ensure proper documentation for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with development policies and procedures;
? Deliver developing results with high quality, derived through feedback from the project owner, end-users, and development team peer review.
? Assist in planning and implementation of a strategic direction for the product by proactively making suggestions;
? Ensure all defined SLAs and KPIs are met;
? Participate in the optimizing of software development process, polices and standards;
? Mentor and learn from developers of all levels, and lead or support competency development of the team to improve the level of knowledge about business and techniques.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCE:

Must
? Bachelor degree or above;
? Passionate developer with 5+ years of development experience in the .Net and enterprise-grade, public-facing web applications;
? Expertise in Microsoft development stack:
o C#
o ASP.NET (MVC, WebAPI), HTML5 (JavaScript & CSS3)
o SQL language, SQL Server
o .Net framework
o IIS administration
o Visual Studio
o Unit test framework
? Skilled in web architecture and framework, e.g. AngularJS;
? Deep knowledge of design patterns, refactoring and other best practices of software development;
? Excellent code commenting practices and documentation skills;
? Experiences working in Agile development using Scrum, Kanban, etc. ;
? Knowledge of software configuration management including relevant process and tools, e.g. version control, code review, CI/CD, etc.;
? Good communication skills in English & Mandarin, both spoken and written;
? A quick learner to learn and pick up new concept.
