Position Statement

The Internet Lead Consultant is responsible for contacting the leads and guide the clients. The job duty includes securing customer and client feedback, building system databases and creative thinking towards developing and adjusting the sales and marketing strategies.

The Internet Lead Consultant will work within normal business hours, Monday through Friday. You will corporate with sales teams in an open office environment.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
? Contact the leads and establish contact with the clients from Greater China.
? Cooperate with the whole team as well as other departments within the company.
? Demonstrate and promote the company vision and values.

? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
? Ability to work in a potentially rapidly changing environment.
? Ability to set priorities, manage your time and workload and dependably meet strict deadlines.
? Ensure tasks are completed within timelines to a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
? Ability to work efficiently in a high pressured environment.
? Confident “can do” attitude and a willingness to “take the extra step” in effectively doing their job.

Professional Knowledge and Skills
? Fluent in Chinese Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
? Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build repour with potential clients.
? Strong communication skills.
? Cultural sensitivity and awareness.

Qualifications
? Reading, writing, and oral fluency in Chinese mandarin, and English is a strict requirement, spoken Cantonese is a big plus.
