Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general support to the Sourcing Team
* Responsible for order follow up, lead time tracking, documentation, and coordinating
* Manage the files and documentation and control confidentiality of files as necessary
* Communicate with suppliers and clients for shipment coordinating
* Perform other duties as required
* Business travel necessary sometime
Qualifications:
* College degree or above in Secretary/Administration/English/International Trade/Sourcing or other related area.
* Fresh graduate welcome or 1-2 years experience in sourcing assistant
* Knowledge of logistics coordinating and drawings reading is an advantage
* Good command of English and Chinese, both in oral and written
* Good coordination and communication skills
* MS Office literate
* Hard working and proactive personality, a fast learner
