职位描述：

Job description:

1. Develop manufacturing process, equipment, fixtures for new project or capacity extension project to ensure that the manufacturing process conforms to BPS.

2. Initiate process document as flow charts, PFMEA, control plan, specification, working instruction, cycle time, investment, etc. to meet technical requirements and commercial expectations.

3. Support R&D for DFMA evaluation from preliminary design to new product introduction, and provide DFMA check list and follow up necessarily.

4. Support RFQ to develop process, equipment, fixture proposal.

5. Optimize and balance the production line to improve utilization, efficiency, quality and automation to achieve total manufacturing cost reduction and optimization.

6. Be involved in the research of new process, equipment, fixture to satisfy internal or external customer requirements.

7. Be responsible for the validation of new production line equipment.

8. Oversee and maintain the overall equipment and fixture cost database, production parameters database.

9. Support APQP and PPAP process.

10. Other task assigned

Requirement:

1. Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or Automation.

2. Over 4 years experience in process engineering, prefer in Auto Industry.

3. Experienced in developing new equipment, tooling, process flow.

4. Knowledge for lean manufacturing or Toyota production system.

5. Knowledge for automation equipment and PLC.

6. Experienced in troubleshooting, FMEA, DFM, continuous improvement, Line balance.

7. Good oral & written English and good communication skill.

8. Self-motivated, ability to work under pressure, ability to work independently.

9. Good computer skills for MS office.

10. Experience for AutoCAD and UG will be a plus.

工作内容

1、 完成因新产品、新项目而导入的设备和工艺开发；
2、建立和更新工艺开发的流程、规定；
3、负责工艺开发项目的协调、跟踪。

岗位要求

1、机电一体化、自动控制或机械设计与制造专业大学本科毕业或以上；
2、五年以上产品工艺过程工作经验；
3、精通通孔焊接设备的原理及焊接工艺，特别是选择性焊接设备和波峰焊接设备，具备现场分析和解决问题的能力；
4、熟悉机械插装、割板、插针设备的原理及工艺；
5、熟悉工艺控制文件PFMEA，CP，WI等，并能够独立编写工艺控制文件；
6、熟练运用机械设计软件AutoCAD，UG，SolidWorks等；
7、熟练掌握和PCB设计相关的DFM要求；
8、熟悉线体的布局和设计；
9、良好的问题分析和解决能力；
10、良好的沟通与协作能力以及团队工作精神；
11、英语口语及书写流利，能够阅读和理解相关的技术指导文件等；良好的计算机应用能力。
