工作地点：长宁校区

主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities:

     1.积极地与后勤、教学部门联系在一起，知晓学生和教师的需求，更好地建立常规班级检查、培训，帮助孩子形成良好的卫生习惯
       Work with General Service Department and Teaching Department to get aware of the needs from students and teachers; organize and execute regular class checking tour and training to help the students to format proper health habits

？ 洗手日及日常洗手培训监督 organize and supervise hand washing and hand washing training
？ 学生考勤 attendance of students
？ 5年级生理卫生课 deliver physiological hygiene classes to Y5
？ 读写姿势监督 supervise the reading and writing posture
？ 眼保健操检查 supervise the ocular gymnastics
？ 教师办公室检查 check the teachers’ offices
？ 离校检查 leaving check

       2.完成政府部门的常规工作
       Accomplish the regular work according the local government requirements

？ 学生体检 organize and execute students medical check
？ 全校牙齿检查以及后续催促工作
        organize and execute primary dental examination and take charge of the follow-up process
？ 饮用水卫生监督（包含二次供水、净化水、水箱等）
        supervise the drinking water qualification (including secondary water supply, purified water, water box etc,.)
？ 药品管理（含药品购买和每月一次的有效期检查）
        manage the school stock medicines (including purchasing and monthly check of the medicine valid period)
？ 老师麻疹疫苗接种通知 teachers’ measies vaccine notice
？ 教育局卫生工作会议（含卫生老师会议+分管卫生校长会议）
        attend local sanitary meeting organized by the local educational bureau ( including hygiene teachers meeting and meetings of principals in charge of health )
？ 保险购买及后续理赔 insurance purchasing and further claims
？ 住院基金保险购买及后续理赔 in-patient insurance purchasing and further claims
？ 城镇居民保险购买 urban residents insurance purchasing
？ 预防接种 vaccinates
？ 传染病期间的晨检 morning checks during the communicable disease period
？ 长宁区公共卫生软件更新 update the sanitary software according the Changning Dist. requirement
？ 学生入学资料整理collect new coming students’ basic information
？ 日常食堂卫生检查并记录，配合政府检查
        daily check of the canteen’s sanitary status and coordinate with the related government departments

       3.加强家校和校园范围内的沟通，提高意识形成合力
        Improve the communication between the school and the parents

？ 校长信件的沟通 related part of the Principal’s Letter
？ 发生传染病时家长告知、消毒工作安排、员工公告
       during the communicable disease period, inform the parents, organize the sterilization, draft the related content of staff bulletin
？ 家长手册中的“疾病/传染病”政策
        draft and promote the ‘illness/communicable disease’ policy in the Parent Handbook
？ 全校员工过敏急救培训 deliver first aid training to the school staff
？ 健康报制作 compose wellness newletter
？ 所有过敏学生信息收集、数据录入、特殊餐确定、与食堂和全体员工分享
        collect the students’ allergy information, PASS data input, confirm the special meals list and share with the canteen

       4.其他 Others

？ 急救箱 first-aid cabinet
？ 学生通讯信息更新 update the students contact list
？ 处理校园意外伤害，并做好记录 deal with the campus accidents and take records
？ 学生外出陪同 accompany the students to provide medical support for the events

职位要求 Job requirements:

         1.大专以上学历 Diploma degree or above
           护理或医疗专业背景 Nursing or medical profession background
         2.有在医疗机构或学校医务工作经验 Working experience in medical institute or school clinic
          有儿童护理和急救经验者优先 Kids nursing or first-aid experience is a plus
         3. 持有护理职业资格证书 Nursing qualification
         4.英语良好，能够进行日常的英语听说读写交流 Good command in English to support fluent communication in English
         5. 具备开放的思维模式，勇于探索创新精神，乐于接受新理念新事物，有较强的团队合作意识
          Open-minded, creative, willing to learn, good team player
         6. 关爱学生，尽心尽责，有很强的沟通能力
         Care students with strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills
