1.Mechanical engineer with min. 2 years' experience as Quality Production 机械工程专业，2年以上质量生产经验
2.Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard /了解 ISO 9001标准
3.Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 standard /了解 ISO/TS 16949标准
4.Knowledge of statictical process control process /了解统计制程管制过程
5.Knowledge of problem solving(8D report) / 解决问题的能力（8D报告)
6.Knowledge of problem solving,PFMEA,PPAP 有解决问题的能力，了解PFMEA、PPAP
7.Basic knowledge of metrology / 了解计量基础知识
8.Advanced knowledge of english / 精通英语
9.Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools / 能够运用 办公自动化
10.Operative management of supplier and internal non conformity / 供应商问题,内部质量问题处理
11.Management of supplier and internal non conformity / 供应商管理和内部质量问题处理
12.Supplier qualification and monitoring (vendor rating) / 供应商资格和监督（供应商评价）
