职位描述：
Our Learning and Development Manager/ Lead will be responsible for all learning and development activity across 4, soon to be 5, of our attractions; they will have a key focus on driving learning, training and development solutions to fit the business needs of our attractions. Key Responsibilities include:
? Work with the Head of HR to deliver and drive the learning and development strategy for China
? Conduct training needs analysis to establish the correct L&D solutions
? Create and deliver training content in a fun and engaging way
? Understand and tailor development solutions both internally and using external providers
? Own our personal development planning, succession planning and career mapping processes
? Evaluate and track of learning outcomes and training records

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

? A passionate learning and development expert who is also an experienced and engaging trainer
? Minimum of 5 years working in training or learning and development function
? Ideally will have experience working in the customer-orientated industries
? Will be trained in brain friendly learning techniques
? Highly self-motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast paced working environment
? Someone who is interested in working for a fun, dynamic entertainments company

2. 上海杜莎夫人蜡像馆
    栩栩如生的人物模型均为一线名人:从电影巨星到体坛传奇，从政界巨头到流行天后，游客可以体验一场群星荟萃的绝妙之旅。现今全世界共有13个杜莎夫人蜡像馆，遍及欧洲、北美洲和亚洲，每个蜡像馆的风格不一，独具当地特色。此外，默林将在2013年在东京开设第14个杜莎夫人蜡像馆
