职位描述：
岗位职责
1. 负责公司的IT系统，包括设计开发和维护
2. 制定IT政策和标准的操作程序
3. 使用信息科技有效的高效的支持公司商务
4. 管理和组织IT部门负责企业的业务功能其中包括基础设施，电信，EPR系统，办公自动化，信息安全，帮助服务台和IT技能培训的服务
5. 确保数据，硬件，网络和软件在任何时候都是安全的，包括公司信息资料的备份
6. 准备年度IT预算和项目计划
7. 熟悉EPR系统，并擅长EPR的介绍，建立，培训和维护
8. 确保IT系统的安全和稳定
9. ESM分配的其他任务

岗位要求：
1. 本科以上文化程度，IT及计算机相关专业。
2. 性别不限，30岁以上
3. 10年以上IT领域或制造业IT部门工作经验；熟悉ERP XA(MAPCS), LN, System21, MOVEX, BPCS,QAD（部分QAD用AS400后台）系统更佳
4. 普通话标准流利，可胜任以英语做为工作语言。
5. 能编程
6. 能适应商务出差。

RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Responsible for company’s IT system, including design, development and maintenance LAN/WAN/VPN/Wireless Networking;
2. Established IT polices and standards operating procedures;
3. Identified opportunities to use information technology effectively and efficiently in support of the business;
4. Managed and organized IT department in charge of enterprise business functions which included infrastructure, telecommunication, ERP system, office automation, IT security, help desk service and IT skill training service;
5. Ensured that data, hardware, network and software were secured at all times including company data back-up
6. Prepared annual IT budget and project plan;
7. Familiar with ERP system, and be good at ERP introduction, Establishment, Training and maintenance;
8. Make sure the IT system to be safe and stable;
9. Other tasks assigned by ESM;

QUALIFICATION：
1. Above Bachelor Degree, major in IT or computer related area
2. Male or female above 30 years old
3. 10 years+ experience in IT industrial or manufacturing IT dept. Familiar with the ERP, XA(MAPCS), LN, System21, MOVEX, BPCS,QAD would be preferred.
4. Fluent mandarin, Excellent English
5. Can do programming work
