Responsibilities:
1. Orchestrating new Solution go to market strategy, sales planning, execution, reporting and analysis
2. Prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing deals with partners
3. Understand and position solution and service offerings
4. Research and gather relevant market information and provide updates
5. Full ownership of solution product development, market orientation and local customizations required by Edenred BU

工作职责:
1. 策划新解决方案,跑街,销售执行,规划,分析和报告
2. 勘测项目,与不同合作伙伴谈判,关闭交易
3. 理解,定位项目解决方案和服务
4. 研究和手机相关市场信息并及时更新
5. 完整的所有权解决方案产品开发、市场定位和当地所需的定制


Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Sales and Marketing
2. Minimum 5 years of product management and digital marketing
3. Experience in product development, go to market and management with positive P&L track record
4. Experience in CRM/Loyalty/Rewards programs and digital marketing
5. Experience in business development activities
6. Ability to gain access to senior level decision-makers at MNC and government agency level
7. Ability to work in multicultural environment and manage long distance interactions with remote APAC project teams
8. Experience in managing product life cycles and negotiating contracts with multiple stakeholders
9. Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast paced work environment
10. Experienced in managing multiple pitches simultaneously
11. Excellent written, verbal communications and oral presentations skills in both Chinese and English
12. Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently

要求:
1. 本科以上学历,市场营销、销售相关专业
2. 5年以上产品管理和数字营销经验
3. 有产品发展,跑街管理以及损益表记录管理
4. 有CRM /忠诚奖励计划和数字营销相关经验
5. 有业务活动开发经验
6. 能与跨国公司及政府机关高层决策者进行衔接
7. 能与亚太区同事合作,有多元文化环境工作和管理能力
8. 能管理产品生命周期,与多个利益相关者谈判合同
9. 能适应快节奏的工作环境,具有企业精神
10. 掌握多方面规划能力
11. 良好的中英文书写,口语能力
