Managerial Responsibilities：
Supporting the implementation of new business processes and SAP launch:
- Represent Sales Department at daily calls
- Training of local business people in Web table functionalities
- Support Web table activities and track progress (more of Daniel’s responsibility; aware of the progers)
- Identifying and justifying Legal Units’ gaps in local master data and existing business processes
- Leading end executing integration tests / user acceptance tests / regression tests and local Master Data cleansing
- Leading Follow up training (knowledge exchange of various Sales admins)
- Supporting the data loads
- Adapting existing SAP solutions to specific business processes of different LU across Europe
- Operational business support for Hypercare and on-going periods – being the first point of contact in terms of operational business questions addressed by Power Users from different Legal Units as well as SAP Competence Center
- Global Customer Master Data management – validating proper customer account groups and establishing all workflow processes
- Sustaining on-going Master data quality after Go-Live
- Close cooperation with external SAP Consultants and internal Solution Experts from all departments
- Managing with LPU Contract establishment in SAP automatically based on BPCS Source data + Master data in Web table + functionalities applied by IT
- Check data content in SAP
1. Sales price
2. Amortisation (currently in managed in BPCS)
3. Check customer roles (correct sold to, ship to, bill to, payee)
MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:
- Higher education. A number of years of experience developing the required knowledge & skills.
- Have practical knowledge of SAP
- Have practical knowledge of project management
- Experience in sales and automotive industry
- Knowledge of PC applications like MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint.
- Command of English
- Analytical skills,
- accuracy and attention to details,
- good organizational skills

Autoneum (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007 and is located in the west north of Shanghai. It has a Development Center and an Acoustic Lab, so can offer service for the project development for the customers in China and other areas of Asia.
