ARENA China Ltd. is having the following open position and is looking for a talent to jion its structure.
This role is a multi-task job, who will let you intervene onto different corporate systems.
1. Synertrade: ARENA internal Enterprise resource planning (ERP) // business management software to integrate all facets of an operation including planning, development, sales and marketing.
Catalogue management
Check correctness and logic of information on product offers.
Add new products into Synertrade, and update/modify them according to instructions.
Add new vendors into Synertrade, and update/modify them according to instructions.
2. ARENA Website
Catalogue management
Collect product pictures at defined format from suppliers. Possibly enhance them by photoshop.
Check correctness and logic of information about vendor's profiles.
Add new vendor's profiles into website, and update/modify them according to instructions.
3. Online / E-commerce
Catalogue management
Check correctness and logic of information of some product offers, and update/modify them according to instructions.
3. Administration of private label of ARENA (brand name being : Go/On)
Sense check correctness and logic of information on go/on catalogues. Liaise with merchandising team to double check doubtful information.
4. Photo laboratory
Make sure pictures are taken professionally and respect given format
Maintain operation of the lab
5. Digital work
Work on digital assignments when required (photoshop, power-point, graphic solution...)
Required skills :
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Photoshop).
- Holding University degree,
- working experience is a plus
- Able to work independently
- Perfect organization skill
- Detail-oriented mind and good team spirit.
- Hardworker and easy communication
