 In line with the overall company’s vision, strategy and goals, contribute to the development of integrated and omni-channel marketing strategies to generate brand awareness, store and online traffic, customer engagement and prospective customers’ data acquisition in Hong Kong, China.

Key Accountabilities主要职责:
In addition to following Lane Crawford’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Programme Planning项目计划
 Work with Marketing Manager to develop marketing plans to support seasonal, brand push and other small M marketing programmes across online and offline
与市场经理合作制定全年的线上线下市场计划,以支持季节性的营销活动、设计师品牌活动、以及其它一些能促进销售的活动。
 To implement the agreed special, regular and themed programmes and events and communicate these appropriately
完成既定的,常规的市场项目,以及主题推广活动,并且完成其中的沟通工作
 To help support marketing team in developing key marketing programs for customer recruitment and retention
帮助支持市场部团队,为招募顾客和维护客户关系开发重要的市场项目
 To source potential partners, appropriate for each program, to recruit new database
在完成项目的同时,培养潜在的合作伙伴,并且吸收新的相关信息
 To ensure store staff are briefed and trained to ensure maximum benefit during all in-store special events
确保向店铺员工简要说明和培训相关的市场推广活动,以使得店内活动的利益最大化
 To coordinate with the suppliers during the installation and execution for special events
在特别活动的活动现场,与供应商协调
 To always source of new suppliers and business partners and maintain an updated list of contacts
一直培养新的供应商与业务合作伙伴,跟新维护最新的联系方式

Sales and Profit 销售与利润
 To negotiate with vendors in a thorough but fair manner to secure exclusive programs to optimize profitability
与供应商进行全方面的沟通,最终以公平公正的方式获取专有的项目以最大化公司的收益
 To be proactive in understanding the competition, and take action to minimize any loss of Lane Crawford market share
积极主动的了解市场的竞争力,尽全力减少连卡佛市场的损失
 To work closely with team to utilise Omni-channel technology to encourage customers to shop on and off line, maximizing sales at every opportunity
与团队成员一起,更多的去应用多渠道科技,以便可以鼓励用户线上线下的购买,最大化每一个购买的可能

Relationship Management 关系管理
 To work with key vendors to create some good partnership opportunity, on strategic marketing programs
与关键的供应商合作并基于市场部战略,寻求对公司有利的合作方案。
 To work closely and develop strong relationships with business partners and landlords to identify new business opportunities to promote the BU & brands
与业务伙伴紧密合作,并且甄选新的商业机会去提升部门与品牌
 Establish new partnership opportunities to identify key business development initiatives
建立新的合作伙伴关系机会,确认关键的业务发展机会

Requirements:
3-4 year experience in retail industry
Good partnership with high-end lifestyle club, financial organization, hotel, etc.
Good sense on fashion trends and mix & match
Fluent English in oral and written
Strong capacity to handle multi tasks in each project
Good communication skills
