职位描述：
Job responsibilities:
1、 Be responsible for inspection quality analysis and decision;
2、 Coordinate the related departments to analyze the quality problems, and supervise the implementation and effect of the improvement measures;
3、 Participate to create control/ inspection plan, define the CTQ and determine relevant inspection/ measuring tool/ device to ensure the quality of process and final inspection are effective;
4、 Participate quality planning and technical discussion of localization project;
5、 Monitor the progress of all quality objectives continuously and implement necessary corrective actions;
6、 Responsible for maintenance and control of product quality documents and records.
Qualifications:

1、 College or Bachelor degree or above in related field; good command of English;
2、 More than 3 years working experience on quality related position in foreign manufacturing companies;
3、 Familiar with ISO9001 and TS16949 quality management system; knowledge of quality management tools and methods, such as PDCA、APQP、FMEA、 PPAP、SPC、MSA、 6sigma;
4、 Knowledge of casting, machining processes and its related quality control methodologies;
5、 Skilled use of office software and related ERP system, such as SAP;
6、 The work is serious and responsible, rigorous and meticulous, strong analysis and problem solving ability; Strong team work spirit.


质量管理工程师/员
岗位职责 :

1、 负责进料检验质量的分析与决策.
2、 协调相关部门对质量问题进行分析，并监督改善措施的执行情况和效果.
3、 参与编制质量控制计划，设定主要质量控制点（CTQ）和明确必要的检验测量工具，确保过程质量和最终检验的有效控制。
4、 参与本土化产品的前期质量策划和技术讨论。
5、 持续监控相关质量目标的进展，履行必要的改进措施。
6、 负责产品相关质量文件和记录的维护和控制。

任职资格：

1、 相关行业大学或本科学历；英语良好。
2、 3年以上外资制造企业质量相关岗位工作经验。
3、 熟悉ISO9001、TS16949质量管理体系和运用质量管理工具及方法， 如PDCA、APQP、FMEA、 PPAP、SPC、MSA、6sigma等。
4、 熟悉机械类产品铸造、机加工工艺和质量控制方法。
5、 熟练使用办公软件和相关ERP软件，如SAP。
