Position Summary

？ Manage of in field quality issues related to FPT products sold in China market with strong focus on :
- Lead Top Pareto in field quality issues on site investigation and problem solving;
- Define and guide service team for in field check or rework actions;
- Drive continuous improvement process and quality targets achievement
？ Follow FPT Quality Improvement Process (QIP) and define road map sufficiency plan for FPT in field product to reach quality targets.
？ Manage customers in China and South East Asia Region for 0 hour claims with coordination to related FPT plants
？ Interface for related quality items to the central FPT Functions in Europe
？ Lead and manage product pre-delivery check in China and new launch support


Duties:

？ Explore, develop and support the effective implementation of Quality methodologies/policies and ISO standards, according with FPT quality policies and requirements
？ Supervise the quality of in field products performance in China market during life cycle, in order to promote the related corrective action and to ensure product/process continuous improvement
？ Manage, in coordination with FPT Product Engineering, Central Quality and Plants for all the Product Evaluation and Field Management related activities and 0 hour claims solving
？ Provide support to internal and external customers for Quality and Reliability concerns



REQUIREMENTS:

？ Deep technical knowledge of mechanical components and good understanding of thermal engine products
？ Rich experience for engine related in field issues problem solving and investigation
？ Solid knowledge of related quality tools (8D, 6 Sigma, SPC, etc.), international standards (ISO)
？ Basic knowledge of quality in field index and road map sufficiency plan development

FPT Industrial is the company of CNH Industrial Group dedicated to the development, production and sale of powertrains for On-Road, Off-Road, Marine and Power Generation applications.
