工作内容/职位描述：

The key account manager is responsible to develop key markets especially Lithium ion battery coating and defect detection segment, build up effective sales model and develop & maintain key accounts customers

负责关键市场特别是锂电池涂布和瑕疵检测市场的开拓、销售模式建立、客户开发及维护工作

Achieve the quota target with company incremental growth

实现业绩增长目标

Establish & execute KA sales strategy & sales planning

根据行业市场需要，制定并执行大客户战略和销售规划

任职资格：

Minimum 5 years of experience in a related industry specific to Converting, Extrusion, Nonwovens, Flexible Packaging etc industrial manufacturing process.

Good acknowledge in on-line measurement & control of Lithium-ion battery and/or defect detection market is preferred.

Excellent communication skills both written and oral with the ability to communicate at the customer, manager and product managers.

Self-starter and fast learner with strong ability to energize and inspire others, led by example, passion for growth.

Say-Do accountability and tenacity to follow through tough assignment.

Strong analytical and execution skills, excellent problem solving skills.

Ability to work closely with local & global team- sales, marketing, operations, finance, engineering and service.

Ability to conduct business with high ethical practices
