职位描述：

1. Manage SG Competency Centers or outsourced providers to develop solutions which meet Finance or HR Shared Service center requirements
2. Manage and support existing Finance, HR and ERP systems for several entities, and lead the system evolution projects for these entities.
3. Discuss and implement Finance/HR/Purchse process improvements, maintain an awareness of functional best practices, and partner with the user community and business user leadership about future technology needs and the development of a technology roadmap.
4. Manage or contribute to potential solutions regarding Finance / HR/ purchasing and other business processes.
5. Strong Managerial skills with ability to interface with high level Executives
6. Ensure the compliance with the Security Standards that are applicable to Application Competency Centers

* Typical Education Level教育背景:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a Business or Systems related field
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, preferably passed CET Band 6

* Relevant experience, knowledge and skills相关经验技能:

• 10+ years working experience in application related activities, with significant exposure to Financial /HR process and SAP project, development or support
• Knowledge of other ERP systems and technology is a plus

* Abilities, personal characteristics and competencies能力、个性特点和素质

• Excellent hands-on Project Management proven experience
• Highly motivated, organized, and ability to manage multitasks
• Excellent communication skills, user focus. Ability to coach others
