1. 负责机床电主轴内电机、电气零部件的检测，电气故障的诊断和修复等；
2. 熟悉SIEMENS、FANUC等控制系统，负责电主轴测试运行；
3. 测量和判断主轴机械、电气零部件的精度和功能，并提出修复意见；
4. 组装和测试主轴的电气和仪表单元；
5. 在客户现场安装、拆卸和调试主轴，解决可能出现的机械、电气和控制系统故障；
6. 参与和推动维修质量、流程的管理和改善 ；
7. 现场5S管理工作；
任职资格：
 1. 电子、电气或相关专业，专科及以上学历；
 2. 有五年以上电气维修和调试经验，有维修过机床电主轴者优先考虑；
 3. 能够读懂机械、电气图纸；
 4. 熟悉机床电气和控制系统，具备解决电气和控制系统故障的能力和经验，会操作机床操作系统（如SIEMENS、FANUC等）者优先考虑；
 5. 精通电气控制理论；了解控制单元器件以及机械传动、液压、气动相关知识；熟悉PLC编程；
 6. 熟练操作计算机Outlook、Word、Excel、AutoCAD等软件；
 7. 具有高度责任感，具有良好的团队合作精神。
Job description:
1. Responsible for the electric motor and electrical parts testing for spindle; Diagnosis and repair of electrical faults;
2. Be familiar with SIMENS, FANUC etc control systems, be responsible for the electric spindle test running.
3. To measure and judge the accuracy and function of spindle machinery and electrical parts, and put forward the repair suggestions;
4. Assemble and test electrical and instrumentation units of the spindle;
5. Install, disassemble and adjust the spindle of the customer site to solve the problems of mechanical, electrical and control systems;
6. Participate in and promote the management and improvement of maintenance quality and process;
7. On-site 5S management;
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above major in electronics, electrical or related fields;
2. More than 5 years electrical maintenance and commissioning experience, maintenance of machine tool spindle is preferred;
3. Able to read mechanical and electrical drawings
4. Be familiar with machine tools electrical and control system; Ability and experience to solve electrical and control systems fault ; tool operating system (such as Siemens, Fanuc etc.) is preferred;
5. Proficient in electrical control theory; Knowledge of control unit and mechanical transmission, hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge; Proficient in PLC programming;
6. Proficient in computer Outlook, Word, Excel, AutoCAD and other software ;
