职位描述：
--Responsible for supporting the quality team of Qingpu plant to implement QEMS management and meet the quality and environmental requirements of the Company.
负责协助质量团队一起实施QEMS体系的管理，从而满足公司的质量和环境的相关要求。

Tasks in operating cycle/具体工作内容:
-Develop and maintain Jungheinrich QEMS – Maintain quality & environment documentations, e.g. procedures & work instructions wherever required;
发展和维护质量和环境体系-维护体系相关文件包括程序和作业指导书；
-Responsible for company QEMS ISO9000/ISO14000 certifying activities, participate in activities to maintain company certifications;
负责公司ISO9000/ISO14000体系认证工作，参与维护公司质量、环境体系认证的活动；
-Liaise with other departments to ensure management procedures are compiled according to ISO9000/ISO14000 requirement;
联系其他部门确保质量管理程序符合ISO9000/ISO14000体系要求；
-Coordinate and implement internal & external audit activities with auditors in different department;
协调其他部门内审员和落实质量体系内审以及外部审核；
-Monitor & report on Jungheinrich(Qingpu) company quality system performance, push other departments to implement the corrective action according to the auditing report from 3rd party;
监督和报告公司体系运行情况，根据第三方审核报告推动其他部门采取纠正措施；
-Assist and support other team member for collecting the quality data and monthly company Quality Report;
辅助和支持其他成员收集质量信息和完成公司月度质量报告；
-Improve & maintain documentation system and release & update company process;
改进和维护文件系统和公司的流程更新发布；
-Provide support to EHS functions and production license certification including documentation when required;
支持公司环境、健康、安全和生产许可证认证及其文件建立；
-Maintain and monitor calibration management, update and maintain calibration certificates;
量具和检测设备的校验管理，校验证书的更新和维护；
-Finish temporary jobs from superior.
完成上级领导布置的其他工作。

任职要求：
-Above college education
大学本科及其以上学历
-Priority in mechanical or electrical engineering related major
机械类或者电气类相关专业者优先
-Minimum 3 years’ experience with quality auditor in quality system management role.
至少3年质量管理体系内审的相关工作经验。
-Familiar with ISO9000/ISO14000, have related internal auditor certificates are better;
熟悉ISO9000/ISO14000体系，有内审员资格证书者优先；
-If EHS experience and manufacturing license application are preferred;
有EHS经验和生产许可证申请工作经验优先考虑；
-Able to write procedures and work documents in both Chinese & English;
能够用中英文编写程序和作业指导书；
-Fluent in written and oral English, able to conduct internal audit with English ;
良好的英文书写和口语能力， 能够用英文实施内审；
-Familiar with Excel, Word, PPT and other computer tools, good paper work, experience in SAP is better.
熟悉办公软件Excel, Word, PPT，良好的文书工作能力，有SAP操作经验者优先。 举报 分享
