eCommerce Customer Service Officer (Zendesk) - eCommerce / Online PC Games
Position Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to help deliver an excellent customer experience to our website’s users. Communication between you and our customers will primarily take place online via Zendesk or Social Media direct messaging.
What You Will Do:
* Turn our buyers into loyal customers by helping them with: placing orders, canceling orders, and processing refunds.
* Increase our competitive advantage over other online marketplaces by explaining to sellers how to: register on our website, create for-sale offers, process orders, and receive money for their sales.
* Mediate disputes between buyers and sellers. As a C2C eCommerce website, we must act as a mediator between our members if a dispute arises. As mediator, it will occasionally be your job to review the evidence submitted by both buyer and seller, and then make a final decision in favor of the buyer or seller.
* Identify urgent website, user, or process issues, and notify your direct supervisor or escalate to the relevant company department.
* Continuously keep an eye out for opportunities to optimize our support procedures and the customer experience!
Skills & Experience You Must Have:
* At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or marketing role (eCommerce or video game industry preferred).
* Outstanding written English communication skills.
* A passion for online shopping or PC / Mobile gaming.
* Possess a sense of urgency when it comes to solving customer issues, and an ability to distinguish the routine from that which requires special attention.
