Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing technical assistance to internal users

为公司内部用户提供技术协助

• Troubleshooting of software and hardware

发现并解决软硬件故障

• Maintaining a Help Desk for users

为用户提供Help Desk

• Performing hardware/software upgrades to existing computer equipment as needed

对计算机设备的软硬件进行升级

• Escalate help desk work orders to appropriate technicians

为技术人员提供升级帮助

•   Responsible for the disposal of obsolete hardware and equipment

负责报废设备的处理

• Manage company resources including Audio Visual equipment and meeting rooms

管理公司资源，包括视听设备和会议室

• Exchange 2010 Mailbox Configurations

Exchange 2010邮箱配置

•   Grant and restrict access to internal sites, workspaces, and NTFS file shares

授予并限制对内部站点、工作区和NTFS文件共享的访问

• Ensuring good communication with other departments regarding IT support issues

与其他部门就IT支持问题进行沟通

Qualification & Requirements:

• Familiar with Windows Operating Systems（including XP, Vista and Windows 7）and Windows 2003/2008 Active Directory

熟悉windows操作系统( 包括XP, Vista 和Windows 7)及Windows 2003/2008活动目录

• Experience and knowledge on LAN maintenance and configuration (including Router and Firewall)

熟悉局域网的维护管理(包括路由器和防火墙)

• Familiar with MS Exchange server and SQL Server is preferred

熟悉微软Exchange Server 及SQL Server优先

• Experienced in Maintaining telephone exchange system is preferred

有电话交换机维护经验者优先

• Good communication skills

良好的沟通技巧

• Adequate oral and writing English skills

较好的英语口语和书面表达能力
