职位描述：
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Order commitment, review customer order with CS to commit delivery.
2. Regular SO/MO critical shortage review.
3. Coordinate with SCM internal and Operations/PM department on the E&O/past due materials…
4. Customer order or waterfall review and reschedule.
5. Make Call off activities with different suppliers
6. Recruit new MMO or dismiss MMO.
7.Inventory control and analysis ( include E &O ), work with PM on customer liability and disposition of Via liability
8.Release PR and ensure buyers confirm the delivery
9. Manage and coach team member and then improve MM’s performance of ITO/Inventory
10. Continue to improve MM team through tools of Lean Kaizen/E-suggestion…
11. Regular CFT meeting with management.
12. 5 years + Oracle system experience is preferred.
13. Advanced planning skill & tools, such as Kinaxis, or other soft wares/tools 举报 分享
