职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement annual media plan to ensure a systematic media approach and exposure in the China region. This includes press conference, media interview, article placement, executive speaking opportunities, media event, etc.
2.Prepare press related materials (press release, interview article, company profile, fact sheet, executive biography, FAQs, key message map and other materials, if necessary); Ensure a standard approval process is followed.
3.Define appropriate speaking opportunities for Brose China; Provide training and assistance in speeches/presentations preparation to executive speakers .
4.Build and maintain a strong relationship with target media; Maintain media database on regular basis.
5.Manage Brose China official website (and WeChat account).
6.Monitor media coverage quality and quantity on quarterly basis.
7.Support on other editorial tasks to achieve maximum results through integrated efforts. (Global and China newsletter, Intranet, etc.)
8.Manage local suppliers: PR agency, translation house, printing supplier, etc.
9.Support on other communication tasks when required.

Requirements:
1.At least five years’ working experience of public relations at an international company or PR agency; Automotive supplier/automotive industry is highly preferred.
2.Experience with website and WeChat management will be a plus .
3.Excellent corporate writing skills in both English and Chinese.
4.Strong media relationship, especially with automotive trade media and general media .
5.Result driven in quality and time.
6.Structural and proactive thinking; Details oriented.
7.Ability of managing pressure .
8.Good communication and interpersonal skills; Team player.
9.Bachelor degree.
