职位描述：
岗位职责:

？ Identify platform and apps utilizing real data, compile analysis reports that are delivered to developers and then follow-up on all result.
？ Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, Search engine and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) in order to create data-driven insights, using various tools such as Google Analytics.
？ Proactively design, build and maintain reports and dash boards based on Financial & Operational Data with the aim to contribute to business efficiency improvement.
？ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce the regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly), and evolve analytics with dashboards; Identifying business trends, issues, challenges, and recommended actions to improve business performance.
？ Ability to solve problems quickly, think creatively and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

任职资格:

？ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field, with 5+ years working as business analyst, finance analyst or digital marketing analyst.
？ Experience with the models required for managing digital marketing, understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition, experience with SEO & SEM.
？ Rich experience in project management tools, project management methodologies and best practices.
？ Adept with data crunching tools, such as R language, Python.
？ Good written and verbal English.
？ Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Project etc.) products
