职位描述：
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS (State The Number And Title Of Those Directly Supervised And Identify Primary Interface Responsibilities.)

? Independently performs all assignments with minimal instruction.
? Collaborates with Sourcing/Category Managers and Cluster Leaders.
? Leads cross-functional, global, internal (Diebold Nixdorf) and external (supplier) teams
Primary interfaces with the following organizations:
? Global Category Managers and Cluster Leaders
? Project Management Office – Direct Procurement
? Project Procurement – New Product Introductions
? Supply Chain, all domestic and international locations
Secondarily interfaces with the following organizations:
? Global Research & Design Engineering Groups
? Product Cost Optimization Group
? Product Cost Control Group
? Service facilities, including distribution centers, repair facilities, and major division branches.
? All organizations requiring procurement and supplier support including Finance, Human Resources, IT, Direct Marketing, Facilities, and other organizations as required.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY (State The Size Of The Area Or Responsibility In Its Functional, Geographical Or Financial Terms.)

? Support of a specific set of commodity categories
? All geographical areas of the world
o Any necessary associated travel
o Any necessary support of global meetings (outside of normal business hours)
? All spend items in the categories supported
? Consult in design, sourcing, and cost reduction aspects of assigned activities with the organizations listed above.
? Represent Procurement on technical matters involving other organizations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Describe The Essential Job Responsibilities, Be Specific And Concise.)

    Achieve annual goals through (but not limited to) the following:
  Primarily
? Supplier Onsite Cost Workshops
? Supplier Cost Audits
? Facilitation of Supplier Tech Changes
? Diebold Nixdorf and competitor Product Teardowns
? Estimation through continually improving cost modeling techniques
? Manage sourcing activity coordination and processes for sourcing duties relating to new product development including supplier selection, capability assessment and quality improvement. Typically assigned to technically complex projects.
  Secondarily
? Participate in the development and maintenance of supplier certification, supplier development and supplier evaluation programs.
? Research potential sources of supply for purchased products to ensure prices are globally competitive and sufficient production capacity is available within the supply chain.
? Research potential new technology.
? Acts as a liaison between suppliers and the Diebold engineering community.
? Develop and implement strategies to improve supplier productivity and quality, and ensure supply chain continuity.
? Evaluate feasibility and facilitate in the implementation of Supplier developed content in Diebold product offerings.
? Assist implementation and communicating of global sourcing strategies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (State The Type of Education, Experience, Competencies (Knowledge, Skills And Abilities) To Fully Perform The Requirements Of The Position. Identify core competencies, Leadership competencies and Functional competencies)

? Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
? BA or advanced technical degree is a plus
? Minimum seven years professional experience in procurement, engineering, supply chain or quality management.
? Knowledge of component design and cost drivers for assigned categories.
? Experience with process trouble shooting and root cause and Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA).
? Experience with Design for Six Sigma/Design of experiments (DOE)
? Proven track record of meeting and exceeding assigned goals and objectives
? Ability to perform in a team environment
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
? Proficient in the use of personal computers with the ability to use Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
? With Mechanical Engineering degree, 3 years knowledge of and experience with 3D mechanical computer aided design tools such as Pro/Engineer or Siemens NX
? With Electrical Engineering degree, 3 years knowledge of and experience with electrical computer aided design tools such as Mentor Graphics
? Knowledge of and application of ASMEY14.5-1994 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing standards.
? Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma process, problem solving and application.
? Project Management Certification (PMP) or project management training preferred
? Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
