职位描述：
Key Responsibility:
 
? Together with Key Account Manager, develop business plan for new products to achieve annual target
? Identify the right distributor, segment different channel and retailer for new products
? Fluent communication and interpersonal skill with cross-functional team
? Provide support to Key Account Manager in preparation of budgets, reports and forecast across different sales regions/channels/retailers in a timely manner to the management team.
? Make sure the expenditure of all trade budget is under control
? Initiate and prepare full year trade promotion and brand activities with key customers
? Monitor the category development trends and to help identify best practices in account operation from own initiative or competitors to improve account management
? Maintain good relationship with distributor, ensure account payable is within company’s overdue target.
 

We’re Looking For a Team Player Who Has
 
? FMCG Background is preferred
? 2 – 3 years of experience on CVS management and Distributor management
? Good planning, data analysis and problem solving skills
? Negotiation and presentation skills
? Good command English in both written and oral
? Good skills of MS Office, especially in Excel and PPT
