岗位职责:

1. Support the daily work of CFO and other finance directors(meeting arrangements, PPT format, trip application, reimbursement collection) . 支持财务副总裁和其他财务高层的日常工作(会议安排、PPT制作、差旅申请、费用报销等)
2. Responsible for Finance Department interior daily concerns including the checking attendance management, notes board and mailing. 负责财务部内部的日常工作,包括考勤管理、公告、邮件快递等
3. Responsible for organizing and coordinating activities for deparment( festival, trip, annual party performance, employees’ birthday, welcome& farewell meeting). 负责组织和协调部门活动(公司活动、公会旅游、年会表演、员工生日、欢迎/告别会等)
4. Responsible for department logistics including the purchase and draw office supplies and the office equipment. 负责部门行政事宜,包括申请/购买办公用品、办公设备等
5. Responsible for receiving and reorganizing each kind of material to better classify the filling-ups. 部门文件分类管理

岗位要求:

1. College degree or above, major in BA or related. 大专学历或以上,行政管理或相关专业
2. 0-1 year of working experience in multinational company. 0-1年外企工作经验
3. Good command of English writing, translation and speaking(CET 4 or above). 良好的英语书写、翻译和口语能力(4级以上)
4. Familiar with PC skills, such as Word, Excel, PPT. 熟悉办公软件,如word, excel, PPT
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong responsibility and team work spirit. 良好的人际关系和交流能力,有责任心和团队合作精神
6. Work independently. 能独立工作
