Position Overview
The Business Specialist is responsible for delegated markets in providing business management support to the team, mainly focusing on forecasting, pricing, project management and business analysis. They will work closely with entire business unit including PD team & Account Service team and interact with engineering, production, QA, logistics and finance team.

Essential Functions
1. Business management
? Quotation to customer upon Business Manager or Business Team Leader’s approval
? Assist sales and product managers in sales presentation preparation
? Generating monthly sales forecasts
? Conducting analysis of business reports
? Monthly analysis of actual to budget summaries
? Support team leader on annual sales budget creation, construction and quarterly update

2. Project management (SMU-Special Make Up project only)
? Project timeline management with various departments to assure projects will be completed timely
? Responsible for communication with customer from design approval until sample approval and PO release
? Managing sample development in partnership with cross functional teams

3. Customer relationship
? Support team leader to build and maintain customer relationship as needed

Proficiencies
? Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person and over the phone.
? Solid word processing and computer database skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
? Team player
? Good personal skills with the ability to effectively work with individuals and groups at all organization levels; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
? Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.
? Strong analytical ability with active listening skills.
? Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail.
? Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
? Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.
? Ability to study and apply new information.
? Possess a work ethic that includes neatness and punctuality.

Education and Experience
? Bachelor degree is required
? Excellent English skill, both oral and written
? Over 3 years relevant experience
? Good oral Korean language skill is preferred
? Financial analysis experience is preferred
? Project management experience is preferred
