职位职能: 客服 销售助理 销售行政专员/助理
职位描述:
1. 协助市场部负责人（德籍）做好市场部的工作
2. 开发房源，电话联系房东，整理房源信息，添加房源信息，维护公司数据库
3. 配合销售部经理主管制作询报价及订单等文书工作；
4. 负责合同、询报价及其他相关文件的整理与归档；

5. 负责公司签约客户入住后的相关服务，通过良好的售后服务提升公司形象

6. 全面负责公司客户的满意度评价的收集，整理工作
7. 高效完成直线经理安排的相关业务工作；
8. 能够在与具有不同文化背景的同事良好共事，协助团队达成销售目标
9. 公司为优秀的客服人员提供良好的晋升途径；

职位要求：
1. 男女不限，户籍不限
2. 熟练应用EXCELL、WORD，ppt等各种办公自动化软件；
3. 英语听说读写能力强；

4. 优良的客户服务意识
5. 熟悉房地产租赁及销售业务流程；
6. 思维敏捷，工作主动，有较强的责任心，行事认真、细心；具有良好的团队协作精神；
7. 本科以上学历，对涉外工作有兴趣，有外贸，涉外租赁等相关行业工作经验者优先考虑；
