Job Description

Your role as a Supply Chain Specialist will include:

Primary Responsibilities:

PO/PI follow up
？ Prepare new purchase order to supplier in 24h and create new PO folders on the server
？ Get PI from supplier to verify prices, quantities and lead time with vendors and UK supply Chain team.
？ Update accurate PO report and new SKU tracking report everyday
？ Updated ERP system with new PO, shipping status and shipping docs.


Production/supplier follow up :
？ Update the shipping plan on huddle for next 2 weeks’ booking situation, cargo ready date and inspection date.
？ Track and ensure that all suppliers get S/O on time
？ Track and check suppliers’ production every week to forecast any potential delay with solutions accordingly
？ Update delay alert immediately to customer service/supply chain/buyers when it happens
？ Work with QC team about inspection arrangement and follow up the result for related suppliers each week.
？ Download barcode from ERP to supplier
？ Payment arrangement and follow up each week
？ Make supplier monthly KPI report
？ Support sourcing team to chase color swatch / production specification (PS)
？ Work with supplier to confirm drop test, PP sample check date.
？ Assist with sourcing team and PD team for sample delivery for each month’s photo shooting


WHAT YOU WILL NEED?
？ At least 3 years supply chain management experience, preferably in export supply chains;
？ Production/manufacturing knowledge would be an advantage;
？ University graduate with bachelor degree, preferably in supply chain management, logistics or business studies;
？ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
？ Highly numerate and PC literate
？ Strong analytical and problem solving skills
？ Fluent, both written and verbally, in English
？ Out-going, willing to co-operate and a team player; attention to detail; Decisive and a solution oriented approach 举报 分享
