职位描述：
岗位职责：
A PROJECT FOLLOW UP
1 Excecute NPD programs, closely follow NPD implementation status following critical path , timely troubleshooting and errors correcting
2 Keep timely record and update of project data in specimen files and RAP, based on company NPD process requirement
3 NPD department file management
4 Work closely with HQ team for project setup, specs definition, communication and project excecution
5 Work closely with cross functional teams for NPD program excecution with proper and timely reporting
B SOURCING
1 Source and develop new factories of cosmetic package to build extensive vendor base on both specific and regular base
2 Participate in commercial negotiation on price , quality, terms and delivery
3 Participate in audit of vendors based on company audit regulation, generating audit and analysis reports
4 Make costing breakdown and analysis on price's reasonability & availability
5 Visit vendors, markets & websites periodically, develop innovation & creative resources base for perfume package, and formulate analysis report, based on company's innovation strategy & plan
C REPORT
1 Report to NPD manager to execute the projects on hand in a professional manner.
D OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS ASSIGNED.
任职要求：
1 College degree or above
2 3~10 years of project management & sourcing experience, especially related to custom-tooled package
3 Quality system knowledge of cosmetic package is a plus
4 Creative, smart working, forward thinking, detail-oriented, self-motivated and responsible
5 Strong team spirit, communication skills and influencing capabilities
