职位描述：
工作职责：
1. 每天根据计划合理安排每条线的人员以及灌装任务，务必保证每天8：15之前正常灌装，如有异常需第一时间跟工厂经理汇报
Well arrange manpower and each line task according to daily production plan and ensure line start before 08:15 each day, any issues must report to factory manager on time
2. 工作单审核和批准,并确保实施
Daily job sheet check and approval
3. 每天检查所有灌装线，确保员工按照流程依据工作单，参数设置表等作业
Daily check each line and ensure all followed our procedure according to job sheet and parameter sheet
4. 每天巡视灌装线，确保无健康安全隐患，并保持车间干净整洁
Daily workshop review, ensure no safety and health risk, also keep workshop clean
5. 每天灌装报表审核无误后及时交给办公室文员
Daily pouring report check and forward to assistant on time
6. 每天生产例议，内容包括每天的生产任务，该注意的问题点等
Daily pouring meeting, let all employees know task and issues they need to pay attention to
7. 配合车间质检人员做好员工的质量培训，提高员工的质量意识
Coordinate with quality people to train all employees, improve their quality sense
8. 积极深入员工，了解员工的思想动态，采取合理的措施确保车间的稳定
Well communicate with employees and take actions to make workshop stable
9. 每月KPI报表及时发给工厂经理
Monthly KPI report and forward to factory manager

英语能简单沟通
办公软件熟练
6年以上工作经验
