Accountabilities and responsibilities：
 
1、制定、维护、完善公司财务管理程序和政策，制定年度、季度财务计划，向公司管理层提供各项财务报告和重要的财务分析；
2、制定公司重大财务决策，包括制定公司财务预决算方案，参与制定公司重大经营性、投资性、融资性的计划和合同，参与审定公司的利润分配方案和盈亏平衡方案，参与风险评估、指导、跟踪和控制；
3、负责资本市场和同行业资本运作研究，制定公司在资本运作、投融资等方面的规划并组织实施；
4、负责拓展和建设与创投公司、投资机构等各类投资者资本运作的合作机会及相应的对接、协调和洽谈；
5、主持或协助完成公司上市前的各项筹备工作，组织制定公司上市筹备整体规划和实施方案，并负责推进落实；
6、规划并组织实施公司财务管理、会计核算，对公司税收进行整体筹划与管理，提供财务预警和财务分析，提供决策参考及经营管理建议；
7、组织筹措公司经营运作所需资金，对资金进行调度运作，对资金收、付运用各环节进行监督控制，降低资金运营风险；
8、保持公司与政府财税管理机关、银行、会计师事务所等合作单位的良好工作关系；
9、协调公司内部信息的沟通，以及总裁所交办的其他工作。
 
 
Key skills and abilities
1、金融、财务管理等专业，统招本科以上学历；
2、注册会计师或高级会计师资格；
3、10年以上财务管理工作经验，5年以上上市公司财务负责人工作经历，5至8年地产开发行业经验，有丰富的金融行业资源；
4、熟悉国内资本市场运作模式，了解投、融资证券程序及投资分析和相关政策法规；
5、熟悉新三板或创业板上市流程及规则、财务梳理、法律法规、统筹架构搭建、各类方案组织和编写等相关工作,有IPO与证券实际操作经验和相关的合作资源； 举报 分享
