DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Maintain testing readiness of SI-related test instruments such as the Introbotix ACCU-prober. 维护信号集成测试设备，例如：Introbotix ACCU-prober
2. Jointly (with the SV ITC SI group) develop and maintain a data base of relevant parameters that impact SI. For example, dielectric Dk and Df, copper roughness and oxide coating finishes. 参与开发和维护影响信号集成参数数据库（如介电常数，介质损耗因数，镀铜粗糙度，氧化物涂层）
3. Participate in the development and implementation of the next generation of PCB production-centric test methods into our manufacturing processes. For example, IPC D24D, Delta-L, etc. 参与开发和实施新一代基于生产的PCB测试方法，应用到工艺流程中，例如IPC D24D, Delta-L

Job Requirement任职资格:
1.Associate and above degree, electrical engineering related major;大专及以上学历，电子相关专业
it is acceptable if meet following three requirements:满足以下3点
2.Be familiar with the test methods used to characterize dielectric materials and conductive materials commonly used in PCBs. 熟悉界定介质材料测试方法和PCB中导体材料测试方法
4.Be familiar with TDR/TDT based test methods for quantifying characteristic impedance and dB loss of transmission lines.熟悉以TDR/TDT为基础的测试方法，量化阻抗和DB传输损耗。
5.Be familiar with VNA based test methods for quantifying dB transmission/return losses of transmission lines熟悉基于VNA的测试方法
6.Have a general familiarity with standard electrical measurement instruments熟悉标准电子测量仪器
7.Be able to interpret TDR/TDT and VNA based measurements and cross sections 理解基于VNA/ TDR/TDT的测量方法和切面分析
8. Understand the advantages/disadvantages of different kinds of transmission lines. Know how to perform a sensitivity analysis 理解不同传输行的优劣势，了解如何实行敏感性分析。
9. Understand the impact board stack up and via geometries have on signal integrity理解叠加和几何尺寸对线路板的影响
10.Have a general working knowledge of PCB design, layout and manufacturing methodologies.了解PCB设计和制造
