岗位职责：

1、 生产设备维护

1) 编制、跟踪预防性维护计划；

2) 设备维修；

3) 设备改进；

4) 管理备件；

2、 提高设备利用率

1) 推进TPM工作；

2) 跟踪设备利用率的走势，针对Top5分析讨论，制订并实施措施；

3、 内部缺陷成本降低

4、 降低投诉率

5、 培训带教

6、 新技术、新项目的开发、导入

7、 BPS活动

岗位要求：

1、 电子测试或电子类相关专业本科及以上学历；

2、 5年以上相关工作经验；

3、 熟悉电子线路图、PLC、测试仪表仪器；

4、 能在晚上和节假日On Call和抢修设备。
