Role & Responsibilities:

Responsible for the operational skill training

Training related initiatives and tasks to learning buddy, coach and evaluate learning buddy.
Good time management and PMP knowledge is a plus.
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities from data analysis
Strong execution capability and 6-sigma knowledge preferred.
Coordinate with other function teams to implement initiatives and projects

Good English speaking and 3 years working experiences. Risk control team/banking experiences.
Proactive communicate with customer or respond to customer inquiries via email/phone in an efficient and effective manner in Mandarin 举报 分享
