Job Description:
- Enhance brand awareness through developing and implementing a social media content strategy
- Lead social media content creation, production and secure qualified deliverables; including social media content calendar management and vendor management
- Work with different departments and China offices to generate content that will be of interest to potential clients on Wechat, Weibo, and Youku with a goal to assist in generating business leads
- Develop and implement themed campaigns across social media platforms to increase the number of followers and engage existing followers
- Measure social media content performance with valid benchmark, conduct timely review for optimization, adjust strategy as required
- Monitor trends in social media channels, platforms, tools and inspiring cases
- Assist in the maintenance of the website to ensure contents are up to date
- Assist in other marketing projects such as brand management, event management, souvenir production, media relations, and internal communications
- At least 3 years of work experience in advertising, public relations, journalism, marketing related function or content generation for the real estate industry
- Willing to learn and have a desire to build up a career in marketing
- Good knowledge of social media landscape and trends in China
- Excellent Chinese writer with experience in social media content development
- Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable in interviewing individuals to collect information for generating marketing contents
- Creative, proactive, self-motivated and meticulous
- Ability to work independently and drive result
- Ability to work under pressure
- 制定并实施社交媒体战略，提高品牌知名度
- 主导社交媒体内容编辑撰写和执行，包括社交媒体内容排期以及供应商管理
- 与各部门及分公司合作，编写客户感兴趣的内容，并在微信、微博和优酷上发布，协助开拓业务
- 规划并在社交媒体平台上开展主题活动，与公众互动并获得更多关注
- 有效衡量社交媒体内容的反馈，定期回顾优化，并根据实际情况调整策略
- 监控社交媒体平台，渠道以其他社交媒体相关的最新趋势
- 协助维护网站，更新网站内容
- 协助其他市场推广活动，包括品牌管理、活动管理、纪念品制作、媒体关系以及内部通讯
- 至少3年广告，公关，媒体，房地产市场相关或内容编辑经验
- 学习能力强，愿意在市场推广领域发展
- 熟悉中国的社交媒体发展及趋势
- 中文写作能力突出，善于构思社交媒体内容
- 沟通能力强；擅长个人访谈，收集信息并编写市场推广内容
- 大胆创新，积极主动，自主性强，注重细节
- 能独立解决问题并以结果为导向
