Objective of Job
* Deposit/Loan operation.
* Company Credit Card operation.
* Assisting in AP/AR and month-end closing
* Assisting in cashflow forecast and reporting

Brief Task Description
* Deposit/Loan operation: assist in document collection/check/filing, corporation with entities controlling team for deposit/loan operation.
* Company Credit Card operation.
* AP/AR and month-end closing: assist in daily balance report, AP/AR checking, month-end closing and corporate with Accounting team for inter/external audit issue.
* Cashflow forecast and reporting: support team in cashflow forecast and analysis for regional enties. Responsible for uploading data in Group Treasury System.
* Other tasks assigned by leader.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or business, at least three years of experience with financial or banking work

* Strong ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and/or projections
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to foster a cooperative work environment
* Demonstrated experience in using Office software
* Skill in examining and identifying improvements for operations and procedures
